Airpipe Connect ("the Service") is a unified energy-device platform that lets users connect and manage their own devices — including electric vehicles, chargers, heat pumps, solar inverters, batteries and related equipment — through a single API, in order to optimize charging and energy use against electricity prices and grid flexibility.
Access to the Service requires an API key or an authenticated account. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable third-party (device manufacturer) terms.
Devices are linked only with the explicit consent of their owner, through each manufacturer's authorization flow. You may disconnect a device at any time, which revokes the Service's access to that device's data.
The Service processes device and telemetry data solely to provide and improve the connectivity, optimization and flexibility features you request. Access tokens are stored securely and are never shared with unauthorized third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Device availability and supported features depend on the respective manufacturer's API and may change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airpipe shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
